The forest is one of the forest that was determined, by the central government as protected forest
covering 10.025ha Wain River is 18.300m with pure water. There are mangrove forest on the left and
right side animal habitat (fish, crab, bird, monket, etc)

Officialed by the (Vice President RI Try Sutrisno) on December 17, 1997. Located on Seokarno Hatta
street Km23, covering 100ha. Kinds tropical plantion can be seen this place fasilities : The free place
for public for camping with beautiful nature Dayak ornament have a spond rest of the time/picnic, the
long house by the ornament for shading, this place open for public, can be visited every day, the
another facilities : Play ground, place for parking, shalter mushola, play group, toilet/bathroom,

Crocodile Farm
Situated at Tritip Village of East Balikpapan 27Km from Center of Balikpapan City, more less 5ha wide,
activity of crocodile farm has been begun since 1990. The kinds of crocodile are : Buaya Muara
(Crocodylus Porosus), Buaya Supit (Tamistoma Scheilius), Buaya Air Tawar (Crocodylus Siamlisus) the
purpose of the preserve is to breed wild animal, cultivate business of crocodile skin and as tourist object, the crocodile farm is open for public, the special food (crocodile meat roasted, oil of crocodile
and etc).
